The Roger Williams University Student Senate Clubs & Organizations Committee reserves the right to grant Club, Club Sport, or Organization Status to prospective groups through the Clubs and Organizations Committee, following the procedure outline in the Roger Williams University Student Senate bylaws. They as the liaison between Student Senate and clubs and organizations and are responsible for the recognition of all clubs and organizations. This committee is charged with monitoring clubs and organizations for compliance with charter and contract requirements. They create policies governing clubs and organizations. Lastly, the Clubs and Organizations committees advises the Senate in matters pertaining to clubs and organizations.
The Clubs & Organizations Committee meets on Mondays at 4pm in the Senate Chambers.

To become a member of any of the committees of the Student Senate please stop by the Student Senate office and pick up a non-senate member committee application.
